For the big celebration on Sunday, 11th May, Bistrot Bisou invites you to Maman, Merci where you can treat Mum to a Parisian escape right here in Melbourne, complete with a four-course menu and a glass of NV Veuve Ambal Blanc de Blancs Brut on arrival for your special Maman.

From 12pm to 3pm, indulge in a selection of French classics with an elegant twist. Begin your experience with freshly baked bread and butter, followed by your choice of Egg Meurette, Steak Tartare, or Seabream Carpaccio. For the main course, savour Vol au Vent aux Champignon, Steak Frites with Béarnaise Sauce, or Snapper with Fregola and Homardine Sauce, accompanied by Pomme Fondant and Dressed Leaves for the table. End on a sweet note with either a classic Apple Tarte Tatin with Calvados and Vanilla Ice Cream or a silky Vanilla Crème Brûlée.
